Finance Transformation Specialist
Role Summary
You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Regulation, Data and Product, turning a fast-changing regulatory landscape into clear, scalable financial processes. You will partner with Finance Officers to define regulatory requirements, work with Data and Product to build the processes and automation that meet them, and support our licensing needs as we enter new markets. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys leading initiatives end to end and making financial operations run accurately and compliantly at global scale.

What You'll Do
- Interpret regulatory requirements and define them with Finance Officers into clear business needs
- Partner with Data and Product to design and build the processes, controls and automation that meet them
- Support licensing needs across markets with the financial processes and evidence required
- Lead new initiatives end to end, involving multiple stakeholders across the company
- Automate and improve finance analysis, processes and tools to increase the value Finance delivers
- Represent Finance in the development of new products and features
- Collaborate with Product, Operations and other teams to drive cross-company execution
- Train and support Finance teams to build their knowledge and skills
Who You Are
- 3+ years in organizational, operational or business consulting, and/or in a Finance department
- Project management background, with hands-on technical understanding (not a developer)
- Experience with SQL and/or automation systems
- Proficient in Excel and Power Query, including complex formulas
- Logical, quantitative thinker with strong business understanding
- Able to lead projects and manage change across multiple stakeholders
- Quick learner of new environments and systems
- High level of spoken and written English
- Collaborative, can-do approach, with the confidence to analyze, escalate and raise red flags on anomalies
- Advantage: ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical financial processes
