Many companies show their Greenhouse form inside their own careers page. There, click the refer.me button in your Chrome toolbar, then press "Fill it for me".
Greenhouse forms often end with questions about gender, race, veteran status and disability. Without a saved answer, refer.me picks the form's own "I don't wish to answer", or leaves them for you.
When you press Submit, Greenhouse shows a confirmation page, and the job moves to "Applied" on your refer.me job board.
