AppsFlyer is the global leader in mobile attribution and marketing analytics, empowering thousands of the world's leading apps and brands to make smarter growth decisions. For most of these brands, the website is just as important as the app: it's where many customers discover them, sign up and buy. Yet web measurement is still fragmented, built on last-click, cookies and siloed tools that don't connect to the rest of the customer journey. Our Web Attribution product brings AppsFlyer's trusted, independent measurement to the web.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AppsFlyer's expansion from mobile to web. In this role, you will own Web Attribution end-to-end: how AppsFlyer measures the paid and owned channels that drive website conversions, from search and social to video, AI assistance, CTV and influencers, and how those results connect with app and other platforms into one view of the customer.
Join one of AppsFlyer's most strategic bets: bringing the market leader in mobile measurement to the web, in a small, fast-moving team with real visibility across R&D, data and customers.
Help leading global brands get independent, trusted web measurement, while shaping a brand-new product area from the ground up.
What you’ll do

Own the Web Attribution product end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to execution, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.

Define and drive the roadmap for web performance measurement: attribution of any channel to web conversions (clicks, views, CTV and more), multi-touch, web analytics and reporting, and ad network integrations and optimization postbacks.

Lead in a privacy-first world: build durable measurement as cookies, identifiers and browser rules keep changing, through first-party data, probabilistic and modeled approaches, and partner integrations.

Work closely with R&D (Backend, Frontend, Data Engineering, Data Science) to build scalable, high-performance measurement products.

Work with ad networks and platform partners to build and expand web integrations, bringing mobile-grade measurement to the web: granular, independent attribution and conversion data sent back to partners to power campaign optimization.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions and Marketing on positioning, competitive strategy, pricing and adoption, in a market with well-established competitors.

Engage directly with customers, from mobile-first brands to web-first ecommerce, fintech and subscription businesses, to validate direction and drive adoption.

Drive prioritization in a high-demand environment with multiple stakeholders and competing initiatives.

What you have

Passion to solve, build, and provide real value to your customers

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data-heavy B2B SaaS environments.

Proven experience building and scaling measurement, analytics, or performance marketing products.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and use data to guide product decisions.

Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on complex, scalable systems.

Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to complex problem spaces.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally in large organizations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex measurement concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus points

Deep familiarity with the web measurement ecosystem: web analytics tools, tag managers, conversion APIs, and how the major ad platforms report web conversions.

Familiarity with attribution models, view-through and multi-touch attribution, incrementality, and privacy-related measurement challenges (cookie loss, browser restrictions, consent).

Experience with web-to-app, cross-device or cross-platform measurement.

Technical background in web development, analytics, data science, or engineering.

Senior Product Manager

AppsFlyer runs one of the industry's largest backend operations. Our platform processes 150+ billion daily app events, serving requests and powering analytics at a massive scale. Our Incrementality team builds the data foundation behind AppsFlyer's marketing experimentation platform. We help marketers understand what really works through large-scale A/B testing and advanced analytics. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who enjoys turning complex statistical and algorithmic logic into scalable, production-grade systems. You'll build and optimize the services that power our experimentation engine, ensure the reliability of the pipelines behind it, and work closely with data scientists and product managers to bring new capabilities to life.

What you’ll do

Develop end-to-end services and features, from gathering requirements and research to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

Integrate and implement AI flows and solutions into the team and department.

Solve unique and yet unsolved industry problems at scale, even when faced with limited clarity on the optimal solution approach. Your ability to navigate and conquer such challenges will be highly valued.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, working together to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your contributions will directly contribute to shaping the success of our products.

Dive deep into the analysis and optimization of performance, scalability, and stability across our product portfolio, as well as the environments and tools supporting them. Your insights and improvements will have a significant impact on ensuring our technological excellence.

Embrace a continuous learning mindset, constantly exploring and evaluating new technologies. This commitment to innovation ensures that our products and systems remain at the forefront of the industry, effortlessly adapting to the ever-growing scale of our operations.

Elevate your impact by mentoring others, leading projects, and advocating for engineering best practices within your team. Your influence will extend beyond your own work, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

What you have

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of development experience with a passion for excellence.

Strong server-side skills with proven experience building services in large-scale production environments.

Strong programming fundamentals — clean, testable, production-grade code, with the judgment to know what deserves abstraction. Comfortable being polyglot: our extended-platforms backend is functional (Clojure, Go) and you get productive in an unfamiliar codebase rather than rewriting it.

Experience with AI concepts and tools, integrating AI workflows into backend systems.

Experience with large-scale production databases.

Experience working in public cloud environments (AWS is a strong advantage).

Solid system design/architecture skills and technological expertise.

A drive to get things done as part of a team, taking ownership and leading others where needed.

A passion for mentoring, setting an example for your peers, and driving continuous improvement in your team's ways of working.

The Head of Pricing owns the commercial architecture behind AppsFlyer’s product portfolio: pricing models, packaging, and list price structures. You’ll analyze how customers consume and derive value from the platform, define what we charge and how we package it, and build a commercial strategy GTM teams can execute.
This is a maternity cover role at a pivotal moment: we’re building an in-house pricing engine and moving our main pricing models onto it. You’ll lead the pricing side of that change and set up how AppsFlyer prices new products. You’ll report to VP Business Strategy and Operations.
What you’ll do:

Lead the evolution of our core hybrid and usage-based pricing models, including the pricing and packaging changes enabled by our new in-house pricing engine.

Own strategic pricing initiatives across AppsFlyer’s global portfolio, turning business priorities into clear recommendations, commercial frameworks, and execution plans.

Lead pricing and packaging for new product launches, from pilot pricing through to general availability, working with Product from the earliest stage.

Shape pricing for AI products and new monetization models.

Partner with global and regional go-to-market teams to align pricing strategy, governance, and processes with market dynamics and commercial priorities.

Streamline the pricing operating model, including processes, decision tools, approval workflows, controls, and cadence, so the business can make pricing decisions faster and at scale.

Build data-driven business cases and executive-level recommendations on pricing changes, packaging, incentives, and monetization strategy.

Work with Product, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams to make sure pricing and packaging are executed effectively.

Own the business requirements for pricing and packaging capabilities, including automation, configuration, governance, and the customer-facing experience, and partner with Product and Technology to deliver them.

Monitor pricing performance and commercial outcomes, including ARR, retention, and consumption trends, to refine strategy, protect margin, and unlock growth.

What You Have:

6+ years in pricing, monetization, commercial strategy, revenue strategy, or a related field, preferably in a global technology or SaaS company.

Hands-on experience designing usage-based or hybrid pricing models.

At least one example where you led a pricing or packaging change end-to-end, from analysis through rollout, ideally a move to usage-based or hybrid pricing, including migrating existing customers.

A strategic, commercial mindset: the ability to connect market dynamics, customer behavior, product capabilities, and business goals into actionable pricing strategy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build business cases, interpret performance data, and turn insights into decisions.

Deep understanding of pricing governance, discounting, packaging, and best practices, and of the systems and tools that support them.

Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to define requirements, automate processes, and build scalable pricing tools or platform capabilities.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations.

B2B SaaS background; adtech or martech experience is an advantage.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Industry Lead – eCommerce to be our eCommerce expert in EMEA. You’ll work with clients, and with our own teams, on how mobile-first commerce really works: how customers are acquired and retained, which markets and models are growing, and where measurement changes the decisions people make. You’ll sit inside the Sales organization, but the job is advisory. You help clients and colleagues see their business more clearly, and the commercial outcomes follow from that.
EMEA is a varied region. Mature Western European markets sit next to fast-growing ones in CEE, the Middle East, and Africa. Clients range from D2C brands building their first performance programs to marketplaces running retail media businesses. You’ll need to hold a credible conversation with all of them.

What you’ll do

Be the vertical expert. Build a clear, evidence-based view of EMEA eCommerce: what’s changing, what’s working, and what’s next. Retail media, marketplaces, D2C, cross-border commerce, and quick commerce are all in scope. Share it with the people who need it.

Run executive business reviews for eCommerce clients. Use category benchmarks to show clients how they perform against their peers. Turn the data into a clear story, with recommendations they can act on.

Go deep on the data. Work with our data analysts on analyses such as conversion funnels, in-app event performance, and cohort behavior. Define the KPIs that matter for the vertical and track them over time. Use our benchmarking and AI-enabled tooling to make this repeatable.

Advise on strategy. Join client workshops and strategy conversations. Bring vertical context and best practice to help teams decide where to invest and what to measure.

Support account teams. Give Sales and Customer Success vertical insight, benchmarks, and positioning for their key accounts. Build account-level views of where a client stands and where the opportunity is.

Look ahead. Track where the vertical is heading, including new commerce models, platform changes, and the regulatory and privacy landscape (GDPR, DMA and others). Work out what it means for clients and for us.

Build playbooks and content. Create vertical playbooks, frameworks, and research that teams across the company can reuse. Work with Marketing, Product, and Enablement so it reaches the right audience.

Bring the market back to Product. Pass on what you hear from clients and from the market, so it shapes what we build.

Be visible in the industry. Publish, speak, host executive roundtables, and represent AppsFlyer at eCommerce events and forums.

Work as one global team. Collaborate with Industry Leads in other regions and verticals. Share methods, benchmarks, and learnings, and help us package our expertise in more structured ways.

Show the impact. Be clear about how your work influences client outcomes, pipeline, and growth. We measure the function’s contribution, and you’ll help us do it well.

What you have

6+ years in eCommerce, retail, or growth, strategy, or analytics roles serving them, such as in-house, agency, or consulting

Deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention: UA, re-marketing, conversion optimization, omnichannel

A strong analytical mindset. You’re comfortable with data and good at explaining what it means to non-analysts.

Experience advising senior stakeholders, including C-level, and running workshops or reviews with them

Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills

Experience working with sales or customer-facing teams on client strategy

Familiarity with multiple EMEA markets; additional languages are a plus

Ability to travel ~20% of the time

Why this role matters

Clients and colleagues rely on us to help them understand their market, not just to sell them software. As the Industry Lead for EMEA eCommerce, you bring one consistent view of the vertical across clients, data, and teams. You’re also part of a global team building a new kind of function inside AppsFlyer, and you’ll have real influence on how it develops.

Bonus Points

Familiar with the Ad Tech industry

Introduced by an AppsFlyer employee
