Integration meets Innovation

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

Celigo is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Customer Zero to own the highest-leverage program in the company: running Celigo on Celigo. When GTO operates on our own platform across GTM, CX, and G&A systems, we become our own best customer. We discover what's hard before customers find it, feed it directly into Product, and give Sales a credible, live reference in every deal. This role is the dedicated owner of that program, end-to-end.

What would you do if hired?

Own the Customer Zero program as a funded initiative with a real roadmap, clear outcomes, and an operating rhythm that holds across competing priorities. You set the pace, define what done looks like, and keep the work alive without needing someone to push it. You measure yourself by business value delivered, not by meetings held.

Drive adoption of Celigo's own products (agents, MCP, Ora/CLI, integrations) inside GTO's GTM, CX, and G&A systems. When you run into friction, you dig into it before being asked. Surface what's genuinely hard, prioritize it, and shepherd it into Product's roadmap in partnership with the CPO's org.

Use Celigo's AI-powered platform as part of how you work every day. You will be one of the first people inside the company to push on new agentic capabilities, give Product honest feedback on where they deliver and where they fall short, and help define what "AI-first" actually looks like inside an enterprise workflow. Your daily use is part of the feedback loop.

Bring product discipline to every workstream: defined requirements, clear success criteria, and prioritization grounded in adoption and business value. Committed dates should hold because you've done the thinking up front, shipping the smallest version that delivers real value and iterating from there rather than waiting for a perfect build.

Operate in both hats simultaneously: design the underlying business processes and own the solution as a product manager. You're the person who figures out how the process should work and the person accountable for whether what ships delivers an outstanding experience.

Weigh user needs against security, privacy, and governance considerations (RBAC, permissions, service accounts), making trade-offs deliberately rather than after the fact. Build the prescriptive playbook Product and Sales need: governance patterns, reference architectures, and proof points that hold up in enterprise conversations.

Be the external face of how Celigo runs on Celigo. Present at flagship events, join key customer and prospect conversations, and package our internal use into references Sales can put in front of prospects and existing customers. Enable Product Marketing and Sales to scale the story beyond you.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

You're energized by building something that doesn't fully exist yet. You ask the questions others skip past, including the uncomfortable ones about what's actually broken, and you treat ambiguity as the job, not an obstacle to it.

You connect your work to the bigger picture. You understand why Customer Zero matters to the company, and you make decisions that serve that outcome, including the trade-offs nobody told you to make. You ask "why" before "how."

You ship the smallest version that delivers real value and iterate on real feedback. A 10-slide internal use case that lands in one deal is better than a perfect playbook no one has read. You recover quickly when something doesn't land, without drama.

You treat the program's problems as your own. You move on things before being asked, you measure yourself by outcomes rather than activity, and you find the faster path and take it.

You drive results through influence, not authority. You create alignment with engineering teams, Sales, and the CPO's org by understanding what each team needs and making it easy for them to say yes.

You're comfortable applying AI to your own work: drafting, research, analysis, and wherever else it frees you for the judgment calls that matter. Genuine curiosity about what AI can and cannot do is part of what makes someone thrive here, especially in a role that's also responsible for making AI credible to customers.

You translate clearly between business stakeholders (GTM, CX, G&A) and technical teams. You know enough about the systems to design processes, not just manage a backlog.

You're credible on stage and in a boardroom. Executive presence is real for this role: you will represent Celigo externally and need customers and prospects to trust what you say.

You use data (adoption, usage, outcomes) to prioritize, to influence colleagues and executives, and to know early when something isn't working.

Education & Experience

8+ years in product management, comfortable operating hands-on as a Principal individual contributor while owning a program end-to-end.

Deep functional experience in GTM and/or CX operations and the systems that run them (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar), sufficient to design the processes, not just manage the backlog.

Track record of running an internal-as-first-customer, dogfooding, or Customer Zero program, or standing up a Product function where one didn't exist.

Experience building and packaging reference stories or proof points that Sales and Marketing can use externally.

Preferred: background with SaaS, iPaaS, integration, or automation platforms, and comfort with AI-first or agentic products.

Preferred: hands-on experience using the product you support internally.

Preferred: close partnership with a CPO or Product org to influence a public roadmap.

The Senior Solution Architect (Sr. SA) is a highly visible, strategic, and tactical role that requires business acumen, technical creativity, and industry experience. This is a technical position where you will assist our sales and project teams in helping them craft innovative cloud-based solutions using integrator.io, Celigo’s iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service). Secondarily, you will also be working directly with customers to provide strategic integration architectural designs, business process assessments, and roadmaps for their implementations using integrator.io.

What would you do if hired?

Work independently, or as part of a larger sales team, to utilize your industry experience and creativity in crafting cloud-based solutions around SaaS and legacy application integrations. The solutions that you will craft will include web application integrations, complex business process automation, integration between cloud applications or between cloud and on-premises applications, etc.

Conduct customer and partner scoping sessions that probe their business needs and craft a workable, technical solution using Celigo products and services.

Write requirements and design documents that define the solution, method of integration, assumptions, customizations, and use cases.

Be the voice of the customer internally, helping shape our product design and delivery.

Provide design documents, business process assessments, change orders, and other deliverables during customer projects in the Solution Architect role, working with a project team and project manager.

Architect repeatable solutions that can be productized or reused by service teams or partners.

Be assigned to consulting projects to work directly with customers on their short- and long-term integration projects to provide high-level architecture designs, roadmaps, and be the subject matter expert on how best to utilize Celigo products.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

Genuinely curious about new integration patterns, LLM-based architectures, and emerging platforms. You build this knowledge before a deal requires it, and treat unfamiliar technology as something to dig into rather than avoid.

Comfortable applying AI as part of daily work, whether that's using it to prototype a solution faster, draft a first pass at requirements, or explore how an LLM integration might fit a customer's use case.

Connects technical decisions back to what the customer is actually trying to achieve, and can explain the bigger picture to both the sales team and the customer.

Ships a workable solution design quickly, gathers real feedback, and iterates, rather than holding out for the perfect architecture before showing anyone.

Takes ownership of the customer's success beyond the scope of a single deliverable. If something needs to move, you move it without waiting to be asked.

Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact well with all team members and external customers.

Strong problem-solving skills to take abstract ideas and business use cases and translate them into both process and technical solutions.

Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high standard of attention to detail, working independently as needed.

Education & Experience

10+ years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering or solution consulting, or business process consulting.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. MBA or MSIS preferred.

A technical background is required. This isn't a coding role, but a deep understanding of integration technologies such as file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs is a must.

Solid knowledge of business operations (quote to cash, supply chain management, procure to pay, accounting, etc.).

Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems such as SAP (Hana, Business One), NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, or Amazon.

Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale integration solutions preferred.

Understanding of LLM models and how to integrate with existing systems preferred.

Knowledge of API lifecycle management, prior SaaS/On Demand application experience, and EDI knowledge for trading partner transactions are all a plus.

Extensive experience working with external customers in a pre-sales or consulting role.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $140,000 and $165,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

Celigo is seeking a proven, senior demand generation leader to own the full pipeline engine from always-on digital programs to brand and thought leadership amplification, digital events, and sales development. The right candidate brings a track record of building integrated, data-driven marketing motions in fast-growing B2B SaaS companies and can operate at both the strategic and executional levels.

You will report to the VP of Revenue Marketing and serve as a key GTM partner to Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership. This role carries direct accountability for the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline across new-logo and expansion efforts.

What would you do if hired?

Always-On Demand Generation

Drive MQL-to-SQL conversion through full-funnel campaign architecture; from top-of-funnel awareness to qualified pipeline handoff

Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure clean attribution, lead routing, and funnel reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce

Manage paid media budgets with a rigorous test-and-optimize cadence; own program ROI and CAC reporting

Develop programs in partnership with ABX Campaign Architecture to drive account engagement and pipeline acceleration for target ICP accounts

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership Promotion

Lead content distribution strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels ensuring thought leadership assets (research reports, Gartner MQ, analyst content) are activated across every demand motion

Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop demand-generating content: webinars, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and digital content sequences

Drive awareness and new logo pipeline through brand amplification programs, including employee advocacy, partner co-marketing, and executive visibility

Leverage editorial and content calendars to maintain consistent, campaign-integrated messaging across all channels

Digital Human & Webinar Programs

Own the webinar program end-to-end: strategy, topic selection, promotion, speaker coordination, production, and post-event lead nurture

Expand digital event programming including virtual summits, customer spotlights, and co-hosted partner webinars

Explore and pilot emerging digital human / AI avatar capabilities to scale thought leadership content delivery and engagement

SDR & AI SDR Leadership

Manage and develop the SDR team (and AI SDR platform, if applicable), setting quota frameworks, outreach sequencing strategy, and performance accountability

Implement and iterate on AI SDR tools (e.g., Unify, 11x, Clay) to expand outbound reach with high-quality, personalized messaging at scale

Build a tight inbound-to-SDR handoff process, ensuring SLA adherence and lead quality feedback loops with Marketing

Define territory and account coverage strategy in coordination with Sales leadership and RevOps

Maintain SDR dashboards and weekly reporting on meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and SDR-sourced revenue

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

Genuinely energized by not knowing. The demand generation playbook is being rewritten right now, and you treat that as the most interesting part of the job rather than the unstable part. You ask the questions others skip past, even when it slows a decision down.

Energized by finding new ways to apply AI to your own work and your team’s, with the judgment to tell a real efficiency gain from a good demo.

Comfortable shipping a thoughtful first version and improving it on real feedback. You do not let a perfect program block pipeline this quarter, and when a bet does not land you recover fast, without drama.

Connect program decisions to the revenue outcome, and think a step ahead about second-order effects: what a routing change does to SDR capacity, what a budget shift does to next quarter’s coverage.

Treat a pipeline gap as your problem to solve regardless of which team owns the step that broke. You find the faster path and take it.

Build all of the above into the team. You grow SDRs and marketers who take ownership, stay curious through change, and move without waiting for direction.

Credible and data-driven in front of Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership, and equally comfortable in the campaign details.

Education & Experience

10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of building and scaling integrated demand programs that deliver measurable pipeline growth in mid-market and enterprise sales motions

Experience managing or closely partnering with SDR or BDR teams, with a working understanding of the inbound and outbound pipeline model

Background in content-led and thought leadership demand programs, not just paid media

Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including attribution, lead routing, and funnel reporting

Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

Celigo is looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to own how our brand shows up across the website, content, and creative, building awareness and scaling inbound demand. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning content, website, and creative, partner with Product Marketing to bring the company narrative to life, work with Revenue and Partner & Customer Marketing to drive demand through content strategy, and help the executive team elevate the brand through thought leadership. This is a visible, cross-functional leadership role that reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What would you do if hired?

Own how Celigo's brand positioning and narrative come to life across the website, content, campaigns, and customer touchpoints, including the visual and verbal identity system (voice, tone, guidelines, and toolkits) and how it evolves as positioning does.

Define and track brand awareness metrics (awareness, share of voice, sentiment, brand search volume) and report progress to marketing and executive leadership in terms of the perception and pipeline they move, not the activity behind them.

Own the website as the most visible expression of Celigo's value proposition for prospects, customers, partners, and stakeholders, and scale it as a growth contributor: aligning on the metrics that matter, diagnosing trends, and running a steady cadence of experiments rather than waiting on one big redesign.

Own technical SEO strategy, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and Core Web Vitals, so the site stays discoverable and fast.

Lead Celigo's answer to AI-driven visibility, meaning how AI assistants, generative search, and answer engines surface, summarize, and cite our content. The playbooks here are still being written, so you will form a point of view, test it in market, and adjust as evidence comes in.

Build and execute a content strategy that drives brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, SEO, and inbound lead generation, with a clear line from content investment to pipeline impact.

Oversee content across blog, social, video, email, landing pages, whitepapers, and webinars, partnering with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Partner & Customer Marketing, and Sales so messaging holds up across the full buyer's journey, from first touch to conversion.

Lead creative ideation and execution for multi-channel campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and customer lifecycle marketing, owning the creative vision so every visual and written communication reflects the brand.

Put AI to work in how this team operates. Use it to scale content and design production, accelerate research and iteration, and absorb the volume work, then apply taste, brand voice, and human judgment on top. Celigo is an AI company, and this team should be visible proof of what that looks like in practice.

Organize the design team to meet SLAs on day-to-day projects, flex capacity for large-scale work, and make the rest of Marketing faster through templates, tools, and self-serve systems.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing brand, content, and creative team, setting a pace where people ship a strong first version, learn from real signal, and improve it quickly.

Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and People, and advocate for the power of brand, storytelling, and design inside the company. When you see a gap in how Celigo shows up, you close it rather than route it.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the taste to tell the difference between work that is on brand and work that is merely finished.

Deep understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and buyer journeys, and the instinct to ask why a program matters before asking how to run it.

Knowledge of technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals) and of how AI-driven and generative search is changing content discovery and visibility.

Experience with content and design tools (for example Figma, WordPress and other CMS platforms, marketing automation tools) and with SEO, AEO, web analytics, and content analytics platforms (for example SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, AirOps or Peec).

Energized by applying AI to your own work and your team's, and curious about where it changes how brand, content, and creative get made. Comfortable running experiments before best practices exist.

A bias toward shipping. You put a thoughtful first version in market, read the real feedback, and make it better, instead of holding work back until it is perfect.

You treat the company's problems as your own. You measure the team by outcomes such as awareness, traffic, and pipeline rather than volume of output, and you move on things before being asked.

You build these habits in others. You hire and develop people who are curious, take ownership, and move fast, and you give them enough context to make good calls without you in the room.

Strong project management skills, comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Education & Experience

Integration meets Innovation

At Celigo, we believe integration should empower — not exhaust — innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we’re on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world.

Celigo is looking for a Design Engineer to close the gap between design intent and production reality, and to build the systems that make that gap permanently smaller. This is the first Design Engineer seat at Celigo, which means real ownership from day one and the chance to shape what this function becomes as it grows.

The role sits within the UX organization and operates as a peer across Product Design, Design Systems, Content Design, and User Research and Insights, with strong collaboration across Engineering and Product Management. This is not a pure front-end engineering role, and it is not a pure UX Product Designer role. It is a craft role that requires depth on both sides of the design and engineering boundary: the eye of a strong UX Designer for visual hierarchy, interaction quality, and usability, and the hands of an engineer who writes production-grade TypeScript and React and goes deep on the UI layer rather than wide across the stack.

Above all, this is an enablement role. Your success is measured partly by how much faster and better the whole UX team works, not by your personal output alone. You own results, not a step in the process.

What would you do if hired?

Maintain and evolve our production-ready React component library, the code expression of the Celigo design system, so that what gets designed and what users actually experience stop drifting apart.

Prototype complex interactions and animation behaviors in code so the team can decide faster. You ship the smallest working version that settles the question, gather real feedback, then make it better, rather than holding out for a perfect build. Debates become working artifacts.

Build the team's AI-assisted workflows. Set up agent rules and context for the codebase and the Figma libraries, encode your judgment into reusable skills and workflows the whole UX team can run, and stay in charge of what the agent produces. You use AI because it makes you faster, never as a substitute for your thinking.

Enable the whole UX team. Define ways of working, teach and pair with designers and content designers, and treat their velocity as your outcome. Adoption of the workflows, agent rules, and tooling you build is a real measure of success here.

Partner directly with Product Designers, Content Designers, and Product Managers to translate design intent into precise, accessible, performant UI components, advising on implementation cost versus experience impact and raising a flag early when an engineering constraint calls for a different path.

Define and document interaction states and usage guidelines that make it straightforward for engineers to implement designs consistently and at speed.

Share ownership of the Figma component library alongside the coded one, maintaining token architecture, component variants, interaction states, and usage annotations so the Figma system and the React system stay structurally in sync. Apply atomic design principles (tokens, primitives, molecules, organisms, templates) to decide where a pattern belongs in the hierarchy.

Review front-end pull requests for design fidelity and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, serving as a quality checkpoint. You will see your impact in design QA reviews, in fewer post-launch revision cycles, and in how readily engineering teams reach for the component library.

Notice recurring friction between design and engineering and go after the cause, whether the answer is better tooling, clearer specs, or a new component convention. You do not wait for that work to be assigned to you.

Participate in design and content workflows as a practitioner peer: contribute to design critiques, review work in Figma before handoff, flag interaction design issues early, and pair with Content Designers on microcopy inside component states and error flows.

Strong command of React (or an equivalent component-based framework), TypeScript, and modern CSS, with depth on the UI layer: precise interaction and state logic, accessible markup, smooth motion, and the last 10% of polish (micro-interactions, loading states, animation timing) that makes an interface feel alive.

Expert-level Figma proficiency, not just inspection and handoff: building and maintaining shared component libraries, working with variables and design tokens, structuring files for team-scale use, and contributing to design reviews as a practitioner peer. You understand how a well-organized Figma library maps to a well-organized codebase.

Design systems expertise grounded in component-driven architecture: you understand atomic design methodology (tokens, primitives, molecules, organisms, templates), make principled decisions about abstraction and composition, think in systems rather than one-off solutions, and know how to build systems that scale without fragmenting.

UX Designer sensibilities: a working understanding of interaction design principles, visual hierarchy, usability heuristics, and information architecture sufficient to recognize when a design decision will create friction, and to articulate why, not just flag it. You do not need to own the design direction, but you need to understand it deeply.

Active, hands-on use of AI coding assistants, AI-powered prototyping tools, and workflow automation, integrated into your daily workflow rather than just experimented with. You could build everything in this system without AI; you use AI because it makes you faster. You can review, explain, and defend every line an agent produces.

Curiosity in practice: demonstrated experimentation with new tools and mediums, or exploratory work that shows you are energized by what you do not yet know.

A clear line from your work to the outcome it serves. You ask why before how, anticipate the second-order effects of a system decision, and choose the option that serves the experience rather than the one that closes the ticket.

An owner's mindset. When you see a gap between design and engineering, you step into it. You find the faster path and take it without being asked, and you measure yourself by whether the team shipped something better, not by how busy you were.

Communication and influence: you articulate design and engineering rationale clearly, teach as naturally as you build, and influence decisions across functions.

Ability to collaborate effectively across UX, Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional partners.

Education & Experience

7+ years building web interfaces with a strong command of React (or equivalent component-based framework), TypeScript, and modern CSS. Depth and quality of experience matter more than years. You write code you are not embarrassed to share.

Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and practical experience implementing them at the component level.

A track record of working alongside design and content teams in a cross-functional setting: familiar with design critique culture, content pairing workflows, and how to give and receive direct design feedback.

A portfolio that demonstrates both design sensibility and code quality: work you designed, work you built, and ideally work where those two things overlap.

Production-quality UI components or component libraries

Design system contributions with documented usage guidelines, in both Figma and code

Figma-side systems work: annotated component libraries, token architecture, or design system governance artifacts

Examples of coded prototypes used to validate interaction decisions

(Portfolios focused primarily on feature delivery without design systems or code repo ownership will not be considered.)

Expert-level experience with design token pipelines, connecting the Figma design system to the codebase through a shared token layer rather than manual translation. You bring established best practices with you.

Expert-level experience building and maintaining a component documentation system such as Storybook, with documentation and usage guidelines that engineers actually adopt.

Nice to have

Background in integration platforms, iPaaS, or technically sophisticated B2B products, or a demonstrated ability to design for power users and simplify complex workflows.

Degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Interactive Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

What This Role is Not

This role does not focus on:

Pure front-end feature development without design systems ownership or design quality accountability.

Visual or interaction design: owning the design direction is the domain of Product Design.

Marketing, brand content, or campaign work of any kind.

Producing documentation or prototypes for their own sake: prototypes and docs are means, team enablement is the outcome.

Success in this role is defined by component quality, design fidelity, system adoption, and how much faster the whole team ships: outcomes, not activity. Candidates whose primary background is in front-end engineering without meaningful UX , Product Design, design systems or cross-functional design collaboration experience will not be a fit for this role. Equally, candidates whose primary background is in design, with coding experience limited to prototypes, AI-assisted output, or code that never shipped to production, will not be a fit.
