Work with HelloFresh in Warsaw and its HelloTech organisation, HelloFresh’s global technology backbone with more than 1000 people, building the digital products that power our end-to-end food experience. From meal kits and ready-to-eat meals to specialty offerings like pet food and premium meat & seafood, HelloTech creates the platforms that bring tailored food solutions to millions of customers every month.
Our subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model relies on technology at every step, from customer-facing apps and personalization logic to pricing, forecasting, supply chain optimization, and initiatives that help reduce food waste. While our brands operate independently to serve distinct customer needs, they are united by shared platforms, data, and operational excellence built by HelloTech.
HelloTech works in autonomous, cross-functional alliances, each owning a specific product or domain end to end. By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy HelloFresh’s products, today and in the future.

About the role: What's in the Box

The Foundations Alliance's mission is to accelerate the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and highly available digital products at HelloFresh by providing services and platforms that improve internal builder productivity and system reliability. This position is for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the Operational Data Platform—the systems that create, transport, and store data at the point of origin, making it available for downstream analytics or AI. The role holds accountability for a high-leverage layer of the data ecosystem: the streaming and database infrastructure that product engineering teams rely on to get data flowing reliably. The core objective is to ensure operational data is created, delivered, and shared downstream reliably, cost-efficiently, and with explicit quality guarantees. The service provider will define the roadmap for the squad's platform (event streaming, relational, and NoSQL databases), partner closely with the Engineering Lead for the Operational Data Platform, and collaborate cross-functionally with data producer and analytical teams. This engagement comes at a key moment for critical-path cost-efficiency and reliability initiatives. This role does not include people management responsibilities.
At HelloTech, flexibility and cross-functional collaboration are core to how we work. While this role is aligned to a specific Alliance, strong candidates may also be considered for opportunities across different teams or projects.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

Drive the product vision and roadmap for the Operational Data Platform—focusing on low-latency data creation, transport, storage, and availability for downstream analytics—partnering closely with the Engineering Lead for the platform.

Lead the squad's cost-efficiency roadmap, taking accountability for targeted cost savings as a core KPI.

Maintain the reliability of critical-path systems (streaming and core databases), setting uptime targets and feeding incident learnings back into platform planning.

Champion data-contract and schema standards at the point of data creation, collaborating with data-producing engineering teams to close adoption gaps and ensure quality data flows downstream.

Guide platform tooling decisions, consolidating technologies around optimal solutions rather than accumulating redundant options.

Define and maintain the handover contract with the Analytical Data Platform, ensuring downstream data is consistently trustworthy and ready for governance.

Act as the primary interface between the Operational Data Platform and data producers, translating business and technical needs into actionable roadmap priorities.

Define, track, and report squad KPIs (cost efficiency, critical-path reliability, data-quality adoption) against quarterly alliance goals.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

Proven experience as a Product Manager with a solid grounding in data infrastructure, data engineering, or backend platforms—comfortable with streaming, messaging, and database architecture.

Working familiarity with event streaming and relational/NoSQL database technologies to partner credibly with engineering leads on technical trade-offs.

Track record of driving roadmaps and KPIs for technical teams in platform problem spaces, managing metrics like cost, reliability, or data quality to target.

Data-driven approach to prioritization and roadmap decisions, supported by analytical tools and frameworks.

Strong collaboration and communication capabilities to establish trust and technical alignment with engineering leads and key stakeholders.

Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset to drive day-to-day delivery autonomously and navigate cost, reliability, and technical debt trade-offs in live production environments.

Above all, we are looking for individuals who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences! So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.

About the role: What's in the Box

As the Director, Paid Search (maternity leave cover), you will be responsible for moving HelloFresh Group's paid search stack into the next autonomous era. You will lead our largest multi-MM$ performance digital channel across our global portfolio, with strategic focus on three platforms: Google, Bing, and OpenAI. You will lead a team of Search experts and architect a future-proof search infrastructure whilst scaling cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns across these channels. Reporting to the Senior Director, Performance Marketing, you will develop and execute strategic plans, use analytics to inform decisions, and drive execution to optimize marketing budgets against company profitability goals.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to work with teams across the organisation, from Pricing & Discounts, MarTech and Analytics. From the start, we would like you to focus on transforming our search stack to be competitive for years to come, identifying and driving strategic investments across Google, Bing, and OpenAI, working with our in-house experts and dedicated technical/account management teams to formulate Joint Business/technical Plans and build the infrastructure that will drive HelloFresh's paid search future.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

Lead the global paid search team and develop them into a true 'centre of excellence' for Search internationally, including expertise in next-generation platform capabilities

Conduct comprehensive audits to bring our Search account setup to industry 'best in class' standards across all three platforms, identifying gaps and modernisation opportunities

Own the paid search strategy strategy, set and drive the strategic direction across search channels, supporting the move into the next autonomous era

Manage global budget allocation: Set and dynamically reallocate budget across markets, brands, and channels to hit volume growth and CPA/CAC targets, forecasting and reporting with rigour.

Lead senior agency and platform relationships: Act as the strategic lead and escalation point for external agencies and platform partners (including Google, DSPs, and mobile platforms), setting the agenda on plans, investment, and innovation.

Work closely with Marketing Analytics to execute tests across search portfolios to measure incrementality and marginal efficiency and consequently optimise in-house systems and algorithms to profitably scale our Search marketing programmes

Act as a close partner to MarTech teams to bring the search staack into the next stage of automation

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

5+ years experience in team management and leadership roles

Proven experience building and embedding incrementality-based measurement frameworks (e.g. geo-testing, regression, multi-touch attribution) and partnering with Analytics on marketing mix modelling (MMM) and advanced measurement.

Expert knowledge of Google bidding, targeting, and optimisation
