Every company on Workday runs its own careers site, so each application means a new account, another resume upload and the same questions again. AI Apply does that part for you: it fills out the Workday application on the company's site, submits it, and emails you how it went.
1.
Find a job on the Refer.me job board and click AI Apply.
2.
Workday applications ask for a full home address, so the first time, AI Apply asks for yours along with your resume. It never makes one up, and you only enter it once.
3.
If the Workday site needs an account, AI Apply creates one or signs in with your AI Apply address, reads the verification email itself and uses a one-time password it never stores.
4.
It uploads your resume, fills in each page from your resume and the answers you saved, submits the application and emails you how it went.
Each Workday account belongs to one company. The one AI Apply creates uses your apply.refer.me address, and the reset email for it reaches your own inbox, so you can sign in yourself.
Routine questions you haven't answered, such as whether you can work from the office or how you heard about the job, get an answer for you.
For "How did you hear about us?", it picks the job board option unless you saved a different answer. It never claims a referral you did not get.
Questions about gender, race or disability get only the answers you saved. Without one, AI Apply picks the form's option to decline.
If you already applied to that exact job with your personal email, do not send it again: the employer would see a second profile.
If a careers site shows a CAPTCHA, AI Apply can't finish that application, and the job page tells you to apply on the company's site instead.
